DBL Sharks Sheffield earned another hard fought victory on the road as they battled past Worcester Wolves.

Atiba Lyons’ side rode the hot shooting start from the hosts as they boosted their hopes of a top four finish.

Turning point – Both teams found their range early on with 65 points in the first quarter and the Wolves stayed ahead for the majority of the middle periods before the Sharks produced another strong finish with Dirk Williams connecting with big triples in the fourth.

Key stat – Wolves racked up 34 points in an impressive opening 10 minutes and while it was always going to be tough to maintain, they were held to the same tally for the entire second half as Sharks made their move.
